What a nice little snow we had Saturday. It started off with pelting sleet then turned into the most beautiful huge snow flakes. Since the ground was still warm nothing froze to the roads. Enough people came out to our community center and we sold a lot of breakfasts for our monthly fund raiser. David got up early enough to go help with the scrambled eggs. My friend and I went snooping in town; and poor David was out all day with his tractor burning all the piles of limbs he had created over the last two weeks. Oak Ridge had a line of brush all along the road going to the docks. Most of Oak Ridge now is nicely raked. Next we have to start at Deer Run. Someone mysteriously cut up some of the downed branches yesterday and had them in neat little stacks. Wonder who the elf was!!
